I snapped this picture of Abbie just before we left for her game. 4/09 Soccer season is in full swing here in Virginia. Abbie had an exciting game yesterday in the 95 degree heat. I am so proud of the way she plays - completely and fully engaged in the game. Hot? Tired? Sweaty? She could care less when there is soccer to be played! She is one tough girl out on that field and her dedication shows - she has only played two games with her new team and I can already hear her name being called from the sidelines and see the coaches watching her with excitement. With her attitude - she will always be a winner!

Attitude is more than half the battle ... in everything! Good for Abbie, she's going to have a wonderful season, for sure :)
